Who uses your data?
Questium SAS, at 58 Rue de Monceau, 75380 Paris Cedex 08, is responsible for your data. You can reach the company through the contact form.
What data do we collect?
The contact form collects your name, work email, company, subject and message. We use this data to handle your request and reply. For registration for the 8 October gathering, the form also collected first name, last name, phone number and company. We use this data with your consent.
How long do we keep them?
We keep contact requests for up to three years after the last exchange. We then delete them.
Who can see them?
Access to your data is limited to the Questium team. It stays with Questium and serves to handle your requests.
Language cookie and YouTube video
The site uses one functional cookie called NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers your chosen language for one year and contains only that choice.
The podcast video comes from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. It loads only after you press play.
How do we choose the language?
On your first visit, the site reads your browser language. If it is missing, the hosting provider estimates your country from your IP address. We use this estimate only to choose a page language. Your manual choice always comes first.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete or recover your data, and to object to its use. Use the contact form to exercise these rights. You can also contact the French data protection authority at cnil.fr.
